I started GrowthZoneAI because I kept hearing the same thing from business owners, teams, creators and charities:
"I know AI could help… I just don’t know where to start."
I’ve spent nearly 30 years working in and around businesses — across sales, marketing, customer services, operations and process improvement — from analogue beginnings to today’s AI tools.
What I’ve learned is this: if you don’t understand AI, you’re probably just talking to the wrong person.
Over the years, I’ve worked across:

Which means I understand what it’s like when:
