Why we’re doing this

Because “doing it all” has become normal — and it shouldn’t be.

Because leadership, care, resilience, and graft rarely come with applause.

And because women deserve space to be celebrated without having to perform.

This event is about recognition, connection, and community — without the corporate fluff.
